You'll love this cozy cabin surrounded by beautiful garry oaks. Reconnect with nature on your own private deck overlooking the vinca jungle, and gardens. You'll be kept entertained by many birds, and squirrels as they roam about! A birdwatcher's dream! Perhaps, even a deer or two!

You're going to love mornings. Enjoy watching the sun rise while snuggled up in bed. With a hot Nespresso coffee/Tazo tea in hand. The wood stove crackling. Birds chirping. Squirrels roaming about. Deer munching in the field. Quail bravely run past your door. A place to simply exist.

• supplies: reusable paper towels, all purpose cleaner, dish soap, sponge, olive oil, salt & pepper.

• we're working on installing privacy screens between the cabin and main house
• bbq is being purchased for your private deck to provide an outdoor cooking option
• under counter shelving for the kitchenette
• if you are counting on one of these for your stay, please let us know so we can ensure it's done in time, or let you know otherwise!
Important to Note:
• This is a secondary unit on our property. It is located close to & visible from the main house (please see photos for reference) and we are currently working on creating more privacy between the two spaces.
• From Monday to Friday, there's a good chance that yard work will be happening on the property. We will respect your space in the cabin, and will limit noisy tasks to the hours of 9am to 5pm.

INCLUDED WITH YOUR STAY:
You will have exclusive use of the cabin, cabin deck + private side yard.
Access to clothes washer & dryer available for no additional cost.
The cabin is located on a 7 acre property with a variety of gardens, and beautiful outdoor spaces. We invite you to explore and enjoy these areas of the property. These outdoor areas will be shared with other people staying on the property.
Please note: there are other residences + buildings on the property. Access to these are not included with your stay, and we ask that you are respectful of these private spaces, and those who call them home.
PETS:
We are a pet friendly accommodation!
Things to note:
- we have three dogs and one cat who roam the property freely
- your pet(s) must be friendly, and good with other animals
- your pet(s) must be leashed & under control at all times while on the property. We will provide you with a cable tie out in the cabin yard, and we have a fenced field where (large dogs) can run free (fence is not suitable for little dogs, or large dogs that are jumpers).
- pet fee is $50 per stay for up to 2 animals. For more than 2 animals, please send a request.
EVENTS and PHOTOGRAPHY + FILMING:
In addition to overnight stays, the cabin + property can be made available for intimate events (such as elopements, weddings, celebrations of life, retreats, etc.) or photography + filming.
Please *send a request* if you are interested in using the cabin and/or property for an event, or photography + filming.
Please note: events and/or photography + filming rights are not included in the listed price for overnight stays at the cabin- there will be an additional fee.

This cabin is new to VRBO, and we are continually making improvements to ensure our guests have the best possible experience!
